I've not been here the last couple of days as I'm trying to get a diploma!
At the moment, this is not happening! Why?
Well, I've been studying Hospitality for the last three years and quite frankly, I'm sick of it. (and it's getting really difficult but we won't mention that as I'm a 'mature' student)
Anyway, I came home today to tell daughter #1 all about my woes and lo & behold, she announced; "I love that subject! I'll help you!" Well, who am I to refuse such a heartfelt plea?! So out came the paperwork.
She was amazing! (Yes daughter #1 you are getting credit) I am just about caught up on all that hard graft that took so much from my 'mature' brain.
My brain now needs alcohol to recover. Oh, was that the sound of chinking glasses?
My cue to leave!
